Known for their masterful musicianship and vibrant stage presence, Le Vent du Nord blends tradition and innovation for a rousing and elegant concert experience.

Celebrate one of Québec’s sweetest traditions with an evening of homestyle food, live music, and maple season magic. Our annual Sugaring Off brings the warmth of the cabane à sucre to New Hampshire with great food, great company, and a few sweet surprises.

Tickets are available starting February 8th, 2026
A sugaring off is the joyful celebration that marks the moment maple sap becomes syrup and syrup becomes sugar. It is a time to gather, feast, and enjoy the flavors of the season.
Your ticket includes dinner, live music, taxes, tip, and treats.
Pricing
Adults (13 and older) $65 for non-members $55 for FAC members
Kids (ages 6 to 12) $25
Kids under 5 Free
Schedule
5:30 PM: Doors open
6:00 to 7:30 PM: Traditional cabane à sucre dinner (menu below)
7:30 to 9:30 PM: Live music and dancing with The Reel McCoys

Mois international de la Francophonie
International Francophonie Month
À chaque année, au mois de mars, est célébré le Mois de la Francophonie. En collaboration avec des associations partenaires qui ont pour but de promouvoir la culture francophone, des évènements culturels et éducationels sont organisées à travers le New Hampshire durant le mois! Les divers évènements sont adaptés à tous les âges! N’oubliez pas! Live free et Parlez français!
Each year, the Month of the Francophonie is celebrated in March. A series of cultural and educational events, organized with partner institutions, which aim to promote francophone cultures, will be held throughout the month in New Hampshire! There will be plenty of events suitable for all ages and audiences! Remember: Live free et Parlez français!
