French Heritage Language Program

The French Heritage Language Program, affectionately known as the Afterschool French Clubs, helps young learners discover the joy of French language and culture in a welcoming, interactive environment.

Serving more than 45 students at Webster, Northwest, and Bakersville schools, the program meets twice weekly after school and combines language learning with games, creative activities, cultural traditions, and community building. Designed to complement classroom learning, the clubs foster curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the French-speaking world.

This program reflects the Franco-American Centre's commitment to preserving and promoting French language and heritage in New Hampshire and is made possible through the generous support of the Albertine Foundation.

Camp Bienvenue

Bienvenue to Camp Bienvenue! Hosted by the Franco-American Centre (FAC) in collaboration with our wonderful friends at the SNHU Center for New Americans, this special summer camp is designed just for French-speaking immigrant children.

What is Camp Bienvenue?

It’s a joyful, activity-filled camp where kids can explore their new “neighborhood” — beautiful Southern New Hampshire! Through fun excursions, hands-on activities, and engaging visits, campers get to experience the warmth, culture, and community that make New Hampshire such a great place to call home.

A heartfelt thank you to Queen City Rotary for their generous support in making this experience possible.
