We are delighted to launch the inaugural Franco Fest, a vibrant celebration of the cultures, traditions, and communities that make up the Francophonie. Through music, food, language, art, and shared experiences, Franco Fest brings people together to discover and celebrate the richness and diversity of Francophonie cultures from around the globe.

Whether you have deep roots in the Francophonie or are simply curious to learn more, Franco Fest offers a welcoming space for all ages to connect, explore, and celebrate the many voices, stories, and traditions that unite us.

By participating in Franco Fest, you help celebrate New Hampshire's rich Franco-American and French-Canadian heritage while showcasing the diverse cultures and communities that make up today's Francophonie. 

Franco Fest is more than a festival. It is an opportunity to build cultural connections, foster community engagement, and highlight the vibrant future of New Hampshire's growing Francophone community. We invite you to join us in creating an unforgettable experience that celebrates the traditions, stories, arts, and flavors of the Francophonie.

VENDOR INFORMATION

 

FOOD VENDORS FEE: $200

Food trucks and other licensed food and beverage businesses with connections to the Francophone world are invited to apply. 

 

Please note: Food vendors must be fully licensed in accordance with City of Concord requirements. Vendors not based in Concord must obtain a temporary food license and peddlers license from the City of Concord. For more information, please visit the City of Concord's website HERE

ARTISTS & MAKERS FEE: $50

Artists and makers with French or Francophone culture inspired products are invited to participate in Franco Fest and sell their artwork. A temporary peddlers license is required from the City of Concord. For more information, please visit the City of Concord's website HERE

 

CULTURE SHARING FEE: $25

Organizations and individuals are invited to share their culture through exhibits, demonstrations, clothing, history, etc. 

 

INFORMATION SHARING FEE: $25

Organizations that have connections to the Francophone communities are invited to table at Franco Fest to share information about services, resources, and other relevant information. 

*If you are a 501c3 nonprofit organization and will be soliciting donations, you will need a Charitable Solicitation permit from the City of Concord. For more information, please visit the City of Concord's website HERE

Please note: this is an application, not a registration form. Completing the application is not a guarantee of registration. Once you’ve completed the application, you will be notified within 7 days whether your application has been accepted or not. Once you have been accepted, payment is due within 7 days. Your booth space will not be confirmed until payment has been made, and proper licensing from the City is confirmed.
