Intermediate 1 – Part 1

The Intermediate classes consist of 2 semesters:  fall and spring. 


Intermediate 1 classes are for students who have completed the Beginner 2 classes, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through other activities or experiences.


Intermediate 1 classes will  provide a reinforcement of the Beginner 2 classes while expanding on the uses and nuances of the present and the past tenses.  Focus is given to comparing and contrasting the use of the Passé Composé and Imparfait. Students will be introduced to the Future and Conditional tenses; will polish their pronunciation and develop listening and conversational skills.  Francophone culture is an integral part of the course.

Class Time: Tuesdays, 6 PM – 8 PM
Location: Online via Zoom.  Teacher will send online code prior to start of class
Dates: September 17th to December 10th, 2024 (no class November December 3rd)
